The laid back truth about getting your money back (no corporate BS)
Every manual in The ADHD Nest comes with the Ruthless Relief Guarantee.
If you didn’t get at least one tool that made your day easier—whether that’s remembering something, calming down, or feeling less like a walking disaster—just email me. I’ll refund your money. No questions asked.
We’re here to help, not to hassle. If it didn’t help, I’ll eat the loss.
Look, I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything. You either like my stuff or you don't. If it doesn't help you, I don't want your money.
Here's the deal: These manuals are supposed to make your life less of a disaster, not add more stress about refund deadlines and corporate fine print.
I only want people doing business with me who want to do business with me. If you want to jump overboard, you can jump overboard. No hard feelings.
That's it. No interrogation, no guilt trips, no making you justify yourself.
Honestly? Not really.
If you email me a month from now saying "Hey, this didn't help me at all," I'll probably still refund you. Life happens. ADHD brains get overwhelmed. Sometimes it takes a while to realize something isn't working.
Real talk: I have ADHD too. So if I don't reply to your email right away, don't panic - you'll still get your money back. I just might have forgotten to check my inbox for three days because I got hyperfocused on reorganizing my sock drawer.
You have ADHD, I have ADHD. Let's support one another and just work it out.
For legal reasons, I have to say there's some reasonable time limit. Let's call it 30 days. But honestly, just email me if you need help.
And you know what? It's outside my control. They can go somewhere else.
I'll refund them and block them. Problem solved.
Here's what I've learned: The people who try to scam you for $5 aren't your customers anyway. They're miserable people looking for problems.
The right ADHD guys will respect this approach and actually become better customers because they trust you.
Hey Eric,
I bought "Stop Forgetting Everything" but it didn't really help me. Can I get my $5 back?
Thanks,
John
My response: "No problem, John. Refund processed. Hope you find something that works better for you."
I don't do exchanges. It's a $5 purchase, and I'm not a large retailer.
If you bought the wrong manual:
That's it. Let's keep this ADHD simple.
My stuff IS for you if:
Please just email me instead of calling your bank.
Chargebacks cost me $15-25 in fees, and we're talking about $5-47 purchases here. That's just silly.
I'm way more reasonable than your credit card company. Just ask for your refund directly and I'll handle it immediately.
If you do a chargeback without emailing me first, I'll assume you're one of those people trying to cause problems, and I'll dispute it and block you from future purchases.
Email: support@theadhdnest.com
Response time: Usually within 24 hours
I'm just one guy trying to help other ADHD guys stop feeling like disasters. If you're not happy, I want to fix it or give you your money back.
Life is too short to spend it with people who don't want to be with you.
If someone doesn't see the value in what I'm offering, or doesn't want the help that's being offered, I have no problem giving them their money back and telling them that I hope they find what they're looking for.
Because life is too short to spend your time on things that aren't helping you take the steps you need to take in order to do whatever it is God created you to do. I don't want to prevent anyone from doing that.
If I can't help them be more of who God created them to be - to blossom and grow and nurture themselves into a better version of themselves every day, to start working with their brain rather than fighting with it, and build a community of like-minded people along the way - then we're not a good fit.
I know what I'm offering is needed. I created it because it's needed. I needed it for myself, and I still need it for myself.

I'm running a laid back ship here. If you want to jump overboard, you can jump overboard.
My goal: Help ADHD guys who want to be helped. Everyone else can find the exit.
Your part: Be honest about whether my stuff actually helps you or not.
Together: We keep this simple, stress-free, and focused on what matters - getting your life less chaotic.
